Dutch Apple Pie

I don't know what it is, but I love the combination of a warm apple pie and vanilla ice cream!


Dutch Apple Pie

1 ready-made pie crust
5 cups peeled cored sliced Fuji apples
1 Tbl lemon juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3 Tbl flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Topping
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup butter, room temperature

Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
In large bowl, mix sliced apples, lemon juice, sugar, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon
Pour into crust
In separate bowl blend flour, sugar, brown sugar and butter with a fork until coarsely crumbled
Sprinkle over apple mixture
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown.
