Copycat Chick-fil-A Chocolate Chunk Cookie

These are easily one of my favorite cookies.  Now you can make them at home!

Copycat Chick-fil-A Chocolate Chunk Cookie

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 Tbl molasses
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips

With a blender, beat butter until smooth
Add in brown and granulated sugar and cream together
Mix in molasses, salt, egg and vanilla
Next blend in flour, baking powder and baking soda
Stir in oats and chocolate
Line a cookie sheet with parchment
Use cookie scoop rolling together two scoops for one cookie
Preheat oven to 350°
While oven is preheating, place cookie sheet in freezer for 10 minutes
Bake in oven for 10 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes
Then move to wire rack to continue to cool

Could you tell me about how many cookies this yields?

I don't remember exactly. But I think it was about two dozen. A lot of it depends on how big you make them.
