Cocoa Cupcakes with Marshmallow Frosting

Such a delicious treat in the form of a cupcake.  They are so good!

1 box Duncan Hines Swiss Cake Mix
1 small box chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup water
1 cup sour cream

3 cups confectioners sugar, sifted
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup whole milk
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp kosher salt

Preheat oven to 350°F
Grease or line two cupcake tins
In a large bowl stir together cake mix and pudding mix
With a mixer, blend in butter
Beat in eggs, water and sour cream until incorporated
Fill each cupcake tin 3/4 full
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Remove from oven and cool completely before frosting

In a separate bowl blend confectioners sugar and butter
In a small bowl add white chips and milk
Microwave on high for 20-30 seconds and stir until chocolate is melted
Blend in melted chocolate, marshmallow, vanilla and salt
Whip until fluffy and store in refrigerator until ready to frost cupcakes
