 Alfredo Sauce

1/2 cup butter

2 cups half and half

3 oz cream cheese

1/2 tsp minced garlic

2 tsp Italian dressing mix

¼ tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

3 cups shredded parmesan

Directions

In a saucepan add butter, heavy whipping cream and cream cheese.

Cook over medium heat and whisk until smooth.

Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Add parmesan and simmer until melted and thickened.

Serve with your favorite pasta and protein
